Private Lessons
I’ve always believed in the importance of personalized training, and it’s been tough for me to turn potential and existing clients away when private lessons would suit their needs better than board and trains or group classes. To change that, I’m thrilled to announce that I’m now offering private lessons starting in May 2025!
Through Peak Canine Care, you can book a 1:1 training session tailored to you and your dog in whatever setting works best—be it your home, your neighborhood, a public park, or even pet-friendly stores. We’ll find a way to make it happen! Pricing will vary based on the location you choose, and I’ll be available for private lessons every day of the week except Saturdays.

Group Classes
Melinda is currently conducting her group classes at Top Dog Training Center located in Helotes, TX.
Their indoor facility features air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment for both you and your dog during training sessions. For more information, visit topdogtrainingcenter.org.
CGC testing
Peak Canine Care does offer Canine Good Citizen testing. This is for current clients who have done at least one private lesson or B&T. $25 for all AKC tests - AKC Star puppy, CGC, CGCU, CGCA. $5 for virtual evaluations.
